Cancellation conditions

CANCELLATION

• In case of cancellations before 8 weeks of the arrival date, 25% of the full rental costs will be charged.

• For cancellations from 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the full rental costs will be charged.

• For cancellations from 4 weeks until the arrival date, the right to a refund of the total amount expires. 

• In case of earlier departure, no settlement will take place on the total amount. 

• In the event of cancellation or early departure, we will still try to rent out the accommodation. In that case you cann the costs up to a maximum of 50% will be refunded.
