TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In response to the reservation request you will receive from us per email the confirmation for it stay at Domaine la Bouliniere. 


Final reservation

The reservation is only final after receipt of the (final) deposit. The amount and payment details are described in the confirmation you received by email. This must be paid within 14 days. As soon as we have received the down payment, you will immediately receive confirmation.

We recommend that you take out good travel/cancellation insurance. 

If payments are not made and/or not paid on time (without informing Domaine la Boulinière) we have the right to cancel the reservation/booking.


Deposit

The deposit amount is € 200,- . This must be paid in cash upon arrival. You will receive this back upon departure if the following points are met.

  • No damage was caused to the home or its contents.
  • All waste has been cleared away in the appropriate containers.
  • Kitchen inventory has been cleaned and tidied.
  • All bills during the stay are paid before departure.
  • All bedlinen and towels are present and undamaged.
  • The key has been handed over.


Occupation

The holiday home may only be occupied by the guests specified when booking. If there are any changes, please let us know in a timely manner (at least 14 days in advance).


Pets

Pets are not allowed.


Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home and outbuildings.


Included

The rental rate includes: kitchen linen, spices, olive oil, aluminum foil, washing up liquid, some dishwasher tablets, hand soap, rubbish bags and a first roll of toilet paper. High chair, bed and bath are available on request, no extra costs will be charged for this.


Liability

Domaine la Boulinière is located in a rural area. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during a stay in or around the home. In addition, we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation it has been agreed that all guests or other invitees expressly acknowledge the risk of damage resulting from the use of the property.


Social media

Photos taken by us can be used for marketing and/or on social media. We will ask permission before using this.
